Students are required to review the complete syllabus and attend the demo class before taking admission at Rekon Academy.

Once the admission is confirmed, it will be deemed that the student has understood and accepted the course content, teaching methodology, and structure.

After admission is confirmed, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Students must ensure they are fully satisfied with the course details before making the final payment.

Upon admission, students will receive access to course materials, live/recorded classes, attendance tracking, and student support through the Rekon Academy portal.

Sharing, reselling, or misusing access credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment without any refund.

All study materials, including class recordings, notes, PDFs, and resources, are the intellectual property of Rekon Academy.

Recording, copying, selling, or distributing these materials to third parties is strictly illegal and will result in legal action under applicable laws.

Students may only use the provided content for personal learning purposes only.

Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior during all live sessions, classes, and interactions on the Rekon Academy platform.

Misuse of the platform, including spamming, use of abusive language, harassment of teachers or fellow students, will result in immediate termination of access without any refund.

By completing the admission process and payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund Policy and Intellectual Property Rules.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Asansol, West Bengal, India. Rekon Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice to enrolled students.
